Rates

Haul-outs
Standard rate: $10 per foot, with a minimum haul-out charge of $370.
Wooden boats, full-displacement power boats, sailboats, trimarans and catamarans: $370 per hour.
Contracted crane haul-outs: pricing on request.

Short-term yard storage
Lay days (1–30 days): $2.25 per foot per day.
Power up to 30 amps: $8 per day.

Long-term yard storage
Three-month minimum.
Winter (September–February): $15 per foot per month.
Summer (March–August): $27 per foot per month.

Long-term storage rates are conditional on the customer’s account remaining current. Overdue storage accounts will be switched to the daily lay-day rate of $2.25 per foot per day, effective from the first day payment is overdue and continuing until the account is paid in full, including periods exceeding 30 days. Lay-day charges replace monthly storage charges for the same period.

Interest applies to unpaid invoices as set out in our Boatyard Policies.

Labour
General labour: $120 per hour.
Skilled trades—including mechanics, welding, fabricating and fiberglass/vacuum infusion: $140 per hour.

Subcontracted Services

Hourly subcontractor labour arranged and paid for by Park Isle Marine is billed at the subcontractor’s labour cost plus 25%, or Park Isle Marine’s applicable hourly labour rate for the work performed. Fixed-price subcontracted services are billed at cost plus 25%. The billing basis will be confirmed before work begins.

Owner-Hired Outside Contractors

Outside contractors hired and paid directly by the vessel owner require prior approval from Park Isle Marine. A yard access fee of $10 per hour, per person, is payable by the vessel owner for time spent working on site. This fee does not apply to subcontractors arranged and billed through Park Isle Marine.
