Grady-White Rebuild
Structural rebuilding, custom composite fabrication and repowering.
Park Isle Marine’s work on this Grady-White included stripping the hull interior and rebuilding its laminate layer by layer, fabricating a custom hardtop and radar arch using resin infusion, and installing a Volvo Penta engine.
These photographs document the work at our yard. The vessel later moved elsewhere for final finishing.
Rebuilding from the hull up
We stripped out the hull interior and rebuilt the laminate layer by layer to reinforce the structure. This work formed the foundation for the vessel’s redesigned interior, custom components and repower.
Developing the interior layout
Interior components and furniture were mocked up inside the boat to check their fit and arrangement before final fabrication. This stage helped establish how the redesigned spaces would work together.

Custom composite components
We fabricated a custom hardtop and radar arch for the redesigned Grady-White using resin infusion. These photos show the hardtop during infusion and the radar arch prepared for the same process.

Volvo Penta repower
The rebuild also included installing a Volvo Penta engine, painted CAT yellow at the owner’s request. The photographs below show the engine being lowered into the vessel and positioned in the engine bay.
